KLEIN SHINE SHOE SHINE CHAIR RENTAL
All Klein Shine Shoe Shine Chairs are shipped fully assembled, one box, per chair and wrapped in protective packaging. Please take care in unpacking the chair(s) so that the box and packaging materials can be re-used to ship the chair back to us.

IMPORTANT
When your Rented Klein Shine Shoe Shine Chair arrives at your location, take a few minutes to inspect the chair. If there is any problem or damage to the chair (s) please send us an email describing the problem along with a few digital pictures clearly identifying what exactly the problem is. Should any damages occur while the chair is in your possession, i.e. loss or damage to the seating, metal magazine tray, the 2 foot lasts, the platform or drawer, or damaged in any way, the cost of fixing/replacing any missing parts will be deducted from your deposit.

DEPOSIT:
The amount of $2,300.00 (USD) per chair will be required as a deposit, payable by credit card through the secure credit card payment link on our site. When the chair or chairs are returned to us, (in the same condition you received them, as per the agreed upon terms), we will deduct the cost for the agreed upon rental fee’s of the chair (s) and promptly mail you a USD money-order for the balance. .

RENTAL FEE:
The cost to rent a chair is $150.00 per day (USD) for shoe shining and $100.00 per day as a display (Ex. For window display in dept.store etc.)
There will be a penalty fee of $150.00US per chair, for each day the chair (s) has not arrived as per the mutually agreed upon date.

Shipping, Handling, Insurance and Customs Fees:
The cost to ship from our facility to your destination will be a bit higher because of Customs Fee’s, Packaging and Handling.

When shipping the chair (s) back to us, there will be no Custom’s Fee as you will be shipping to a Mail Drop-Off Station in Richford Vermont. And we will drive there to pick the chair up. This will save you money as you will not have to pay the Customs fee’s, entering into Canada. There will be no handling or packaging fee’s as you will be using the same box and protective packaging to ship the chair back to us.

Essential Office Information Required for Custom’s Forms:

If you are a U.S. Company, the Custom’s form that we must fill out requires:
1- Your full company name, along with complete mailing address including complete shipping address if it is different.
2- The contact name, including cell phone number if you have one
3- Your company’s EIN (Tax I.D Number)

If this is a Private Rental we require your complete name address and telephone number (with area code) and instead of an EIN # the Customs form that we are required to fill out will need your Social Security number.

To place an order we require an email from you with the following details:
1-The number of shoe shine chairs you are requesting to rent
2-The number of days you are requesting to rent the shoe shine chairs
3-The date (s) you need the shoe shine chair (s) to arrive.
4-This agreement must be signed and faxed back to us.
