To purchase Klein-Boudreault Chairs, below is a list of the steps that are required:

Your Full mailing address (NOT just a P.O. Box #) including zip code or postal code where the chair (s) will be shipped. ( see shipping questionnaire )

If you are a company you will be required to email us a Purchase Order. If this is an individual purchase we will require an email confirmation of exactly what you are purchasing (remember to always indicate the Name of the model (s) of the chair or chairs and color (s).

Customs:
If this is a Company Purchase we need your IRS # for the Custom's Forms we are required by Law to fill out..

If this is a Personal Purchase we need the Social Security # of the individual placing the order for the Custom's Forms we are required by Law to fill out.

Deposit:
Once we receive a written confirmation of your intent to purchase we will email you a detailed invoice. For new model KB Chairs a deposit of 50%(USD) of the total amount will be required to commence production payable by Bank Wire Transfer or PayPal. The balance to be paid minimum 12 days before we ship.
If this is a purchase for a previously owned steel shoe shine chair, payment for the total amount including shipping costs, is required upon receipt of the invoice (via PayPal or Bank Wire Transfer) a minimum of 7 days before we ship.

Shipping:
KB Chairs are shipped assembled, 1 chair per box and wrapped in protective packaging.
Approximately 4 - 7 days to anywhere in North America. 10 - 20 days to Europe.


Payment:
For orders of 2 KB Chairs or less we accept all major credit cards through our secure online PayPal account. For a multiple chair order, a Bank Wire Transfer is required.
